Dr. Wager is a pediatric neuropsychologist who specializes in neuropsychological, psychological, and developmental evaluation for children, adolescents, and young adults. Her clinical experiences include working in outpatient hospitals and clinics, inpatient hospital settings, school-based settings, and educational centers. At present, she is in private practice.

In past years, Dr. Wager served as a pediatric psychologist at Stanford Children’s Healthcare/Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and Morrissey-Compton Educational Center. At Stanford, she assessed children as young as 12 months of age. She evaluated young children in the high-risk infancy program and provided diagnostic evaluations for neurodevelopmental disorder such as autism and developmental delays. During her time at Morrissey-Compton, she served as an educational consultant for foster care youth at the Santa Clara County Division of Family & Children Services (DFCS) while also conducting comprehensive evaluations for students of all ages. She was also a consultant to private schools in the Bay Area to guide educators working with children with diverse needs. Dr. Wager has supervised and taught medical students, doctoral students, as well as postdoctoral fellows at APA accredited internship sites. During her work at Stanford Children’s, she was appointed as an instructor (affiliated) at Stanford School of Medicine where she worked closely with pediatric fellows and residents.

Dr. Wager received her neuropsychology training at Stanford School of Medicine Center of Interdisciplinary Brain Sciences Research (CIBSR), California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC), Kaiser Neurorehabilitation, and Morrissey-Compton Educational Center. She also obtained a Neuropsychology Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Wager enjoys evaluating children with developmental disorders, genetic and neurological disorders, and neurodevelopment differences such as ADHD and learning disorders with a special interest in twice exceptional students.
