Dr. Petouvis is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey and New York and dually board certified in pediatric and school neuropsychology. She specializes in evaluating children for autism, learning disabilities including dyslexia, attentional disorders, intellectual disability, and those with medical conditions impacting neurocognitive functioning. Dr. Petouvis works closely with families, schools, physicians, and attorneys to provide a guidance for effective intervention and treatment plans. Currently, Dr. Petouvis is in private practice. For over 10 years, she has worked in public and private schools, including work as a school psychologist, special education case manager, field supervisor for graduate school psychology students, outside consultant, adjunct professor, as well as an instructor of children with autism via Applied Behavior Analysis methodology. She is also a peer reviewer for scholarly journals. Following completion of her undergraduate degree at Lafayette College, she completed her Masters of Arts, School Psychology Certification, Supervisory Certification, and Doctor of Psychology degrees at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She attained her diplomates/board certifications via the American Board of Pediatric Neuropsychology and American Board of School Neuropsychology.
