Bio
• Dr. Scott completed her doctorate at Oklahoma State University with an emphasis in Child Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology in 1992. (M.S. in Clinical Psychology in 1990).
• Completed Post-doctoral training in 1993 at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center, Houston, Texas.
• Dr. Scott began her academic career at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center where she conducted both Neuropsychological and Neurodevelopmental clinics for infants and children from 1993 -1996. Licensed Psychologist and School Psychologist in Texas 1992 – 1998

• Dr. Scott joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Department of Pediatrics in 1996. She became the Clinical Director of Schmieding Developmental Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas and serves as the regional Division Chief since 2001 and Full Professor.
• Dr. Scott conducts neurodevelopmental assessments focused on medically complex children and pediatric neuropsychological assessment on children ages 4 -20 with a variety of medical, neurological and genetic disorders. She developed post-doctoral fellowships and Psychology Graduate student clerkships with 5 fellows completing training in Neuropsychology and Pediatric Psychology. Dr. Scott gives invited lectures and teaching rounds.
• Dr. Scott has privileges at Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH) in Little Rock, Arkansas, and Arkansas Children’s Hospital Northwest (ACHNW) in Springdale, Arkansas. Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She consults with Arkansas Children’s Hospital physicians subspecialists in caring for children with a variety of needs using a family centered model.
• Dr. Scott is a member of the Arkansas Association for Behavior Analysis, National Academy of Neuropsychology, International Neuropsychological Society, American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology, Arkansas Psychological Association, Pediatric Faculty counsel, and the UAMS’ NWA Executive Committee.
